Hand Dyed Wool Fabric, 8 Black Walnut Fat 1/16 Sixteenth for Primitive Rug Hooking

This listing is for one bundle of 8 fat 1/16th {fat sixteenth} yards of 100% wool over dyed with an unusual black walnut color.

An interesting darker brown color with hints of a deep purplish tone to it. Very different. Combine this one with my hand dyed "turkey feathers" color for a marvelous brown whenever you might need it.

Each piece measures approximately 6.5" x 16" {depending on amount of shrinkage during the dyeing process}. All wool bundles were created with varying wool weights which is consistent with the primitive style of rug hooking I do. I believe using an assortment of one particular color gives rugs more depth and makes the finished rug more interesting.

I hand dyed this wool personally. All wool comes from a smoke-free environment and is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated exactly.
